Kohler | Pacific Bath Company, an award-winning industry leader in custom bathroom remodeling is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Call Center Representative. The primary responsibility is to gather information from phone calls, updating database notes and setting appointments. This requires the ability to multi-task as well as the ability to build quality relationships with clients. Quality is important. Responsibilities
• Answer and respond to calls and emails
• Set appointments for Sales and Production departments
• Research required information using available resources
• Place outgoing phone calls when business ventures warrant
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Enter data accurately and timely
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Utilize multiple company database programs for accessing customer information
• Achieve individual performance goals for productivity and quality
• Ability to work within a CRM that is shared by the entire company’s sales and customer service groups
• Other duties as assigned
Experience Requirements
• Customer service or inbound call center experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
• Ability to work with peers in a team effort
• Ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues
• An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision
• Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands
• Ability to exercise considerable judgment, maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic manner
Qualifications
• Experienced inbound customer calls and inquiries with 2+ years' experience
• Have CRM and/or Auto-dialer experience
• Love challenges and being rewarded for your accomplishments
• Great phone etiquette and professional phone skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer experience (internet research, web browsing, quick maneuvering, typing and multi-tasking)
• Comfortable working with web-based software programs
• Comfortable communicating with customers
• Superior reading/writing abilities.
